We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations and Order Processing Specialist to join our team in San Pedro de Alcántara (Málaga). This role is central to our daily operations and requires a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and process orders for sales teams across Europe.
Act as a communication hub between departments such as sales, finance, logistics, and technical support.
Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, billing, and purchasing.
Monitor and track stock levels, ensuring timely purchasing and availability of key items.
Perform regular checks with departments to ensure operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate and organised records using tools such as MS Office, Google workspace and sales platforms.
Support customers throughout the sales process, providing clear and professional communication.
Reliable, loyal, and highly responsible.
Proactive and eager to learn, with strong ownership of tasks.
Meticulous attention to detail and well organized, capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
Previous experience in operations, order processing, or administrative procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset in an interdepartmental environment.
English: B2 or higher (main working language of the company; must be able to work confidently in reading, writing, and speaking).
Spanish: B2 or higher.
Additional languages such as French, Italian, or German will be considered a strong advantage.
