As our veteran sales leader prepares for a transition in 2027, we are looking for a new member to join our leadership tribe. We aren’t looking for a traditional Sales Manager. We are looking for a Lead Business Growth.
Your mandate is to orchestrate a growing ecosystem of over 500 elite B2B partners. You will build and scale our Go-To-Market strategy across three intersecting areas:
Channels: Growing our incumbent integrators, onboarding new “Smart Sparkies” (green-tech/electrical newcomers), and collaborating with high-end architects.
Categories: Expanding beyond high-end AV into outdoor tech, architectural lighting, and easy-to-install smart home solutions.
Modes: Combining high-touch field sales with proactive inside sales and frictionless e-commerce.
You do not need to come from the traditional Audio/Video industry, but you must have a passion for technology, light, and architectural design.
