As our Inside Sales Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our sales engine. While our Field Engineers are on-site, you are the strategic point of contact driving growth from within. Your mission is to identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and ensure that every customer interaction—whether by phone, email, or video—is exceptional.
You will be responsible for managing the early stages of the sales cycle, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring a seamless transition of high-potential projects to the field team. You aren’t just “making calls”; you are building the foundation of our #homesoftomorrow.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management
Identify and qualify potential clients within the residential and hospitality sectors through proactive outreach and market research.
Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing a professional and welcoming introduction to our solutions.
Maintain and enrich our CRM with accurate data to ensure our sales strategy is always backed by real-time insights.
Partner with Field Sales Engineers to coordinate schedules, prepare initial quotes, and follow up on project proposals.
Manage smaller-scale accounts and repeat orders, ensuring these clients feel just as valued as our largest partners.
Provide “First-Response” support, answering technical questions or routing them to the right internal experts to ensure no customer is left waiting.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Italian region to help refine our sales approach.
Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and sales pipeline health.
Communication Maestro: You have a “smile in your voice” and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone or via digital channels.
Tech-Curious: You are fascinated by Audio/Video, Control Systems, and Networking and can explain complex ideas simply.
Sales DNA: You have a proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or sales support, preferably within a technical industry.
