As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be the driving force behind our sales by providing deep technical expertise and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will ensure total customer satisfaction through on-site visits and by providing first-line support whenever needed.
You will be directly responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are consistently exceeded. This role requires a deep understanding of customer requirements, seamless coordination with our internal teams, and a strategic approach to growing our portfolio.
Business Development & Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients by understanding their unique business challenges and technical needs.
Conduct regular site visits to provide tailored advice and recommend the best products or services for their specific environment.
Provide dedicated post-sales follow-up to guarantee long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Technical Support, Operations) to ensure all client requirements are perfectly aligned.
Lead the technical journey of client projects, from the initial consultation through to final implementation and commissioning.
Monitor project milestones, ensuring on-time delivery while proactively resolving any technical hurdles.
Host engaging training sessions and workshops to help clients master our product features and functionalities.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with new technologies and industry trends to provide the most accurate, cutting-edge solutions.
Craft personalized solutions that address the specific, high-level needs of our clients.
Maintain precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and project specifics.
Prepare insightful reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
